Sklar Micro-Cut Universal Style Biopsy Punch - 90-8960

Sklar's Tischler Micro-Cut Universal Style Biopsy Punch Forceps are an OB/GYN instrument most commonly used in colposcopy procedures to obtain cervical tissue samples for biopsy. The bite of this standard Tischler punch is 3mm x 7mm and it produces an oval shaped tissue sample. A standard size biopsy punch may produce greater bleeding than a mini or baby punch; however, with certain diagnoses it is necessary to obtain a larger tissue sample. This product is a complete instrument which consists of a handle and a detachable cannula/tip so other universal tip styles may be used with one handle. The length of the cannula/tip is approximately 8 inches.
