Sklar Micro-Cut Universal Style Biopsy Punch - 90-8962

Sklar's Micro-Cut Universal Style Biopsy Punch Forceps are an OB/GYN instrument used in colposcopy procedures to obtain cervical tissue samples for biopsy. The oval bite is 3mm x 5mm, which is slightly smaller than a standard Tischler bite and slightly larger a Mini Tischler bite. Small punches are often preferred because there is typically less bleeding and pain; however, there are circumstances in which a larger sample is necessary. This punch provides a size in between standard options. This product is a complete instrument which consists of a handle and a detachable cannula/tip so other universal tip styles may be used with one handle. The length of the cannula/tip is approximately 11-1/2 inches.
